Perasan® MP-2C is an FDA-approved food-grade anti-microbial for meat, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and further food processing applications. Its 22% peracetic acid (PAA) antimicrobial formulation decreases the incidence of pathogenic organisms in or on food. Its low hydrogen peroxide concentration prevents bleaching and blackening wingtips in meat, poultry, and production operations.
